This policy explains how Route Digital, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India ("Route Digital", "we", "us") handles personal information shared with us through theroutedigital.com (the "website"), our advertising, WhatsApp, phone and email. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws of India.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, business name and the details of your project when you fill in our enquiry form, message us on WhatsApp, call, email, or submit a lead form on Google, Facebook or Instagram.
Information collected automatically: when analytics is switched on, Google Analytics records how the website is used, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and the link or ad that brought you here. This uses cookies and similar technologies.
Client project information: if you become a client, information needed to deliver the work, such as access to your website, ad accounts, CRM or WhatsApp Business account, handled under the terms of our written agreement.

2. How we use it

to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote;
to deliver, support and report on the work you hire us for;
to send you service updates, and occasional news or offers if you have agreed to receive them;
to measure and improve our website and advertising;
to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with services that help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

WhatsApp and Meta, when you message us on WhatsApp or respond to our Facebook or Instagram ads;
Google, for analytics, advertising and email;
Zoho, where we keep enquiries and client records;
our hosting provider, Cloudflare.

We may also share information where the law requires it. Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.

4. Cookies and analytics

Analytics and advertising cookies help us see which pages and campaigns are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. The website still works without them.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years so we can follow up on your project, and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements. After that we delete or anonymise them.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent for marketing messages, or raise a concern. Reply "STOP" to any WhatsApp marketing message, or contact us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use secure (HTTPS) connections, access controls and reputable service providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page, with the date it was last updated.
